At Glebe House, we are always looking to enhance and expand the experiences and opportunities that we can offer young people. Every gift that we receive allows us to continue to enrich the lives of our residents in a myriad of ways.

As a non-profit charity, we pour every penny into changing the lives of young people, and have been doing so for almost 60 years. Our Local Authority partners only fund individual placements for young people. But we need to raise additional money to be able to offer the opportunities and facilities to enhance the lives of all who live at Glebe House. This is where supporters like you can make a difference.
What Do Donations Achieve?
Developments made possible by our supporters include our new professional-grade kitchen, an inspiring space where residents can develop vital life skills and explore their culinary talents. With such high-specification equipment, our young people have the scope to try out new recipes and techniques, with careful guidance from our catering tutor.

A key focus of ours is the development of employability skills for our young people, to ensure that they have the best chances upon leaving Glebe House. Through the generosity of our supporters, we upgraded our on-site vehicle workshop, giving young people the opportunity to work towards higher qualifications in car and bicycle maintenance, whilst developing core skills in problem solving and simultaneously expanding their interests.

We are working on plans to further develop our site to ensure that our young people feel inspired and can take pride in their surroundings for the next 60 years.
